CommerCity was established as a response to the increasing and changing needs of customers. In CommerCity we have combined in an obvious way two intertwining sectors - business and investment brokerage with commercial real estate. We provide complex services and professional consulting for all aspects of your investment. CommerCity offers complex consulting services for medium and small-sized companies as regards all capital transformations, in particular as regards sale, merger and takeovers of companies. We also offer assistance in opening and financing new business projects.

TAKEOVERS TRANSFORMATIONS AND MERGERS

As regards consulting services, we specialize in restructuring of companies, we provide support in restructuring processes, in takeovers and in mergers. We prepare processes according to the functioning standards and we actively participate in their implementations. We help establish goals, strategies, benefits and risks resulting from potential transaction. We offer support throughout the whole transaction process, via organization and management.


ECONOMIC AND STRATEGIC CONSULTING

As a part of economic and strategic consulting, CommerCity prepares economic analysis of companies, makes plans for ownership changes. We prepare restructuring plans and we offer support in implementing them. We make competitiveness analysis for companies. Our services also include economic consulting on day-to-day basis in all issues related to operational management.


COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

CommerCity is observing European market and is seeking for sellers and buyers of commercial real estate, i.e. office buildings, plots, warehouses, depots, parking spaces and areas for practising manoeuvring, retail facilities, shopping centres, retail warehouses, some public buildings (airport buildings, cinemas, etc.) that fulfil certain requirements. As we wish to combine supply and demand we arrange contacts between buyers and sellers, we analyse and define their individual needs and what is important, we actively participate in the negotiating process. We closely cooperate with sellers and buyers until we reach the agreed goal. We help the selling party before and during the transaction to manage the relations with the buyer, we suggest what mechanisms to apply to increase the value of the real estate. As to the buyer, we outline the strategic aspects and price of the planned purchase, in particular the issues affecting the final evaluation of the transaction. We emphasise the tax risks and problems that need to be solved first of all, before or immediately after the transaction has been finalised.

SHOPPING CENTRES - COMERCIALISATION AND RE-COMECIALIZATION

CommerCity deals with effective commercialization and re-commercialization services of spaces in shopping centres. We are able to provide such services both before opening as well as during functioning of such a facility. CommerCity offers a vast scope of consulting services, beginning with evaluating profitability of a project and consulting services at individual stages of project’s implementation.
